One of my old friends is pregnant(we got into a fight and later that year she moved away)(we are teenagers) I had a dream about it. The dream was that during childbirth my friend died but said she wanted me to have the baby and take it in as my own. Within the dream I did, and this practically ruined my life but when someone asked me why I did I said cause I had to and if given the choice again I would not change anything.
When I awoke I thought I would take in the child but would it really ruin my life? I know my parents would support me. Whar do you all think of this dream?

You seem like you really miss your friend and you are very concerned about her well being. I think you want to help her, but are worried how it will affect your life, especially if she begins to rely on you too much. I recommend getting in contact with your friend again. I'm sure she would love your support and you'd feel better.

What caused the fight? Do you feel guilt about it? Did the fight involve her pregnancy?
Having and raising a child is a blessing. However, if you are not prepared for it, it can certainly negatively affect your own life. In this society, teenage pregnancy is frowned upon. So this is already an uphill battle for you.
Honestly, no, I do not believe that taking the child will ruin your life. You said that your parents would support you, and there are cetainly assistance programs available to aid you financially should this occur. There are, of course, legal aspects to be dealt with (adoption, guardianship, etc.).
