I black out frequently. I can be sitting or laying down for a few moments and get up and become light-headed. My vision becomes impaired. I am worried with this because it happens about ten times a day. What should I do??

That is not normal. But it can be fixed easily depending on what causes it.
Do you eat enough during the day? Because I'm naturally thin and I have almost no appetite, but I would always get dizzy and black out like you, so I have to kind of make myself eat throughout the day, even if it's something small.
If you don't know what's causing this, then see your doctor.

Get somebody to take you to a doctor. No one on here can tell you the answer to what the problem is because there are so many possibilities. But yeah, book an appointment asap and get somebody to drive you there and back.

if you black out, as in pass out, goto a doctor.

if you get a headrush, when you sit up your not drinking enough water, eating good foods, or just sit around too long.

you need to see your doctor and have them refer you to a neurologist. That is no where near normal!
