Fat burning diet pills are the least effective. Many Claim to burn X amount of fat in X amount of time - this can be interpretted in so many ways. Fat burning diet pills do tend to increase the heart rate and may make you feel jittery as they typically contain caffeine.

Xenical is the diet pill recommended by most GP's - it is not a fat burning diet pill but a FAT BLOCKING diet pill.

Xenical, also known as Orlistat is reputed to stop up to 30% of potentailly consumer fat from absorbed into your body.

Xenical is prescription only and so cannot be purchased on the open market. More about xenical here http://www.kentgarden.co.uk/2007/09/04/xenical-slimming-pills/

GP's will only prescribe if your BMI (Body Mass Index) is over 30.

They can have a LOT of side effects, and are a waste of money. For the same price as a lot of the diet pills, you can easily afford a basic membership at the gym, and see more reliable results a LOT more quickly, without doing the damage that diet pills can do. Diet pills can be extremely dangerous, causing bad side effects, and can do damage to your body, such as to your heart. You're a lot better off spending the money on a gym membership and working out a few days a week along with watching your calorie intake.

Waste of money....just watch what you eat! Drink plenty of water. Have a week work out...mondays-lift weights-tuesday do a cardio workout-Wednesday-lift weights-Thursday-run-And friday-your choice of what you feel like doing! Remember drink plenty of water! You can see results faster if you do this. And diet pills do have a lot of side effects...you should research it, it's pretty scary.

I am now not a Doctor however I do realize there is not any nontoxic rapid repair for a crisis that constructed over the years. Sure you would take nutrition tablets to scale down your urge for food, however now not consuming is simply as unsafe as over consuming if now not extra so. Anything that says to be a miracle treatment is not anything extra the a ultra-modern day variant of what used to be referred to as snake oil which used to be offered out of the again of a blanketed wagon to unsuspecting saps again within the 1800's Rule of thumb "if it sounds to well to be actual then it almost always is."
