I am remembering
the surrendered form,
I am remembering
the difference between God's Will
and my will.
God's Will is filled with love
and Artless surrender,
vulnerability held forever
in perfect submission
with eyes wide open to the Brightness of Only God.
My will, such a limitation, endless trying
Doubt, fear, sorrow, anger,
suffering in the dark
that has no end.
To lift beyond this to Grace,
To stand, To yield,
To Shine as the Heart.

I remember a time when there were no shadows....
There was only Pure Light....
I remember a time when there was a calling....
For another Light had summoned me....
I remember a Light nurturing and caring for me, within a fortress of solitude....
Elements were brought together in harmony....
And then came the shadows....
A resonance said this was temporary, and the Pure Light would not forsake me....
I ask, what is this place you have brought me to....
The resonance said this is your classroom....
Study well in this classroom, and I will return to find you....
I awakened outside of the fortress of solitude....
The shadows had become more plentiful....
I was told to hold the Light in front of me....
This was to dispel the shadows and darkness....
The shadows and darkness have been ever increasing....
The classes have become more difficult....
Faith, Determination, and Certitude are my sustenance....
The Light has become stronger....
Now Patience is necessary for the classes....
Now the heart is the only classroom....
This classroom will merge within the Pure Light.

I remember that most people have a deep yearning for peaceful existences and the good relationships that calls for.
I remember the representatives of religion horribly abusing their trust and blaming the people for asking why.
I remember theologians who understand the yearnings and study how th the yearning get perverted by privilege, power and greed.
I remember how sad it is that people with sincere striving forget that reliance on external powers is the path to tears.
I remember how the desire to transfer responsibility for ones actions and destiny to an outside power is used by greedy people for their own ends.

After all the Loves in My Life, I will still be remembering someone (*) and I will always be...wondering why? There have been places, and there have been things, and lots and lots of people, some are good and some are better, but I know that they all had to be, My only regrets are the things that could have been, and didn't get to be... And in the End, and when They must. at last lay my ash to dust, I know she will will know....it was not just lust.

I remember out there,
along this road I chose,
the loneliness,
the solitude,
the joy of meeting good friends,
the happiness of a snake,
as it craws across the ground,
the cry of the night creatures,
whom I now call friends,
the willow that grows in the tall grass,
I remember.

Very poetic. Where is the truth? Who can know God's will?
The never ending suffering of the masses of this planet does not bear witness to these flowery phrases. Once again, very poetic, but meaningless.

I remember I was never into poetry at school so I am in no position to criticise your poetry.
I think it is interesting though.

Shall we learn that poem by heart?
Sounds nice, though, pretty hard to understand, very theological-philosophical
