Can I add fresh strawberries to a cake, then bake it? Or will the strawberries burn?

If so, then what is better to use? Fresh strawberries or frozen ones?

Personally, I wouldn't bake a cake with strawberries in it. They 'moosh' down and the cake looks all streaked and the berries get so soft. I'd rather bake a regular cake and either turn it into shortcake if using froz berries, or decorate the top of the cake with berries and whipped cream if using fresh.

Bake the cake alone.
Take fresh or frozen strawberries & cook in pan on top of stove with sugar.
When both cool, apply strawberries on top of cake.

mist the pan with oil so which you do no longer omit any spots, decrease quite paper to slot in the backside of the pan, any style of paper will artwork, i like reproduction paper! (little boys have yet to die of any ailments from chewing their notebooks and checks and capturing them on the lecturers) verify which you do beat the cake blend with the oil, eggs, and water or milk in it for 2 minutes by making use of the clock! it relatively is quite important, do no longer think of you could purely get by making use of with combining the factors until eventually they are blended. I caught this whilst my granddaughter needed to make a cake! She needed to appreciate why all her brownies failed! and this underbeating grew to become into the reason! in this cake with the backside of the pan lined with paper, you could cool it thoroughly earlier flipping it out of the pan. then you certainly peel the paper off earlier adorning with icing/frosting and despite else.
