I frequently play yahoo domino's and I have been using Mozilla firefox to do so. A couple days ago I ran into this problem where im being kicked off the games server. I think it might be due to some changes I made with Mozilla.

What I want to do is delete mozilla completely then reinstall the program. Im encountering some problems doing this.

when i delete mozilla then reinstall it, the history, the changes I made are still showing up in the mozilla i just downloaded.

Can you please help me with this?

Go to Add / Remove Programs, Uninstall Firefox.

Go to My Computer, Select your hard drive, Locate Program Files, Locate Mozilla folder, open folder and delete Firefox.

Empty Recycle Bin

Reboot your computer, reinstall Firefox. You will loose all your bookmarks and password unless you back them up and import them after reinstall.

Firefox is an internet browser (like Internet Explorer). Thunderbird is Mozilla's e-mail client program (like Outlook Express). Until IE7 came along I always used Firefox in preference to Internet Explorer because it was less prone to errors, freezing, and various other problems, and most importantly it had the facility to open multiple tabbed web pages in one window. Now IE7 has caught up and has tabbed browsing. It also appears to work well in many other respects, so I'm now using it, but have kept Firefox on my system as a "backup". Thunderbird is a good e-mail program, with one exception - it was unreliable re images embedded in the text. It's some time since I used is, so updates might have solved that problem.

If you want to do a completely clean reinstall of Firefox, you will need to edit the Mozilla folder in the Registry to remove all of the history settings. Before you mess around with the Registry it is always a very good idea to back it up first. To do this just click File and the Export. You can export your Registry to the desk top. Then if something get messed up you can simply click "Import" and import the Registry back from the copy that you created.

Try uninstalling firefox and then going to your programs folder and deleting the folder that says mozilla firefox. Make sure you have another browser to download it with!
