whats better roast turkey or fried turkey?

roast is way better than fried turkey !!!

u do not want to take the chance on doing fried turkey!

Both are very tasty. Deep frying a turkey takes less time than roasting one.

If covered with lid or foil over pan edges, roasting.
Easier too.
