How do I make egg whites? Or do I have to go buy them? I need it for my sugar coated pecans.?

get bowl crack egg into fingers gently let white dribble into bowl- and save yolk for somthing else

well the egg white is the clear part around the yolk of the egg, to get them use an egg seperator or if you dont have one then simply crack the egg shell apart in half and over a bowl let the yolk back and forth from one half of the shell to the other, letting the egg white drizzle into the bowl and repeat until the yolk is the only thing left in the shell

Get a regular egg...crack it and remove the yolk and you are left with the egg white. Of course if you don't want to go through all that you can buy it at the grocery store already separated.

gently crack your egg over a bowl and let the white run out. I always move the yolk from 1/2 of the shell to the other allowing all the white to run out

crack an egg open and pull the shells apart a tiny bit so there is room for the white and not the yolk to get through. It takes practice, good luck!
