If your fellow organisms see love between people as a weakness, then I would leave that environment immediately. It is false, and not a good fulfilling place to dwell.
Find people who believe that the world is love, peoples birthright is to know this, to embrace this totally, to live this, to project and give this.
To be love, in love, is your birthright.
Do not give it away.
Love is the strength,
is the power,
is the glue,
is God,
is all-there-is - in reality.

Because physical love blocks ones perception of reality. Thus we need to adopt Gods love which puts our responsibility into the hands of the loved. That is, we love without holding any of the loved responsibilities. Jesus, the greatest lover of all times showed us how, he always set up conditions for his healings. That there weren't followed meant nothing to him because there were no longer his responsibility. That mankind hasn't picked up on this is because there is power in the physical love.

I think it has to do with unresolved pain from being betrayed. Those people, whether consciously or unconsciously carry the idea that to with hold love is to have power over another. But I think the opposite is true. One has to be able to love without fear of being hurt to be truly powerful.
