Only once in the last several years . . .but it was a small meal (plain hamburger at Burger King with a glass of water) . . . they wouldn't take a credit card and I was out of cash!!!

Yes in Canada there are two dollar coins...so I pay for a lot of meals with coins when I visit Canada. I am pagan.
