Yes you can.
You can go directly from freezer to oven if the recipe calls for it as well!

The great thing about Pyrex is it can go in the freezer, refrigerator and oven! If it is the old Pyrex (with colors on the outside), do NOT put them in the dishwasher. It will fade the paint.

Yes you can!!
Pyrex brand dishes are known to be microwave, oven and freezer safe. (always check the bottom of the dish if you are in doubt--it usually says.)

Yes, but you can't reheat the frozen bowl or it will break. Let the bowl thaw first, or put the food in a different container to reheat.
