Sure looks like a Progressive policy number to me.....
You need to contact your insurance agent or your insurance company on-line or 1-800 number and ask them.
The "gurus" on this site don't have any way of knowing with the limited info that you gave!

Go to the insurance company from where, you bought this policy. when you will tell them your policy number they will tell you the present status and whatever you want to know about your policy. They may ask some questions about your policy for security reasons.
