This isn't a military question bud it's a post office or FedEx question. It depends on the weight, the postage, and if it were regular or express mail, and how far you live. 2-5 business days. Don't expect the post office to do any real work until next Monday.
Kind of an after thought - A lot of stuff like that isn't allowed to be mailed anymore.

If only 20 dollars its probably a rip-off copy, the real deal costs a lot more.
With the real deal you get SWISS quality workmanship.
You neglected to say where it was being shipped from, so its hard to give a true answer to your non-military question.
