Who is the most high? You claim Jesus is not God

so i looked for evdience in the watchtowers own recommended bible

Revelations 19: 13-16

His eyes are a fiery flame, and upon his head are many diadems. He has a name written that no one knows but he himself, and he is arrayed with an outer garment sprinkled with blood, and the name he is called is The Word of God. Also, the armies that were in heaven were following him on white horses, and they were clothed in white, clean, fine linen. And out of his mouth there protrudes a sharp long sword, that he may strike the nations with it, and he will shepherd them with a rod of iron. He treads too the winepress of the anger of the wrath of God the Almighty. And upon his outer garment, even upon his thigh, he has a name written, King of kings and Lord of lords.

I mean if Jesus is king of kings and Lord of Lords

what does that make him?

And is he not worthy of worship?

SHANE your watchtower approved bible calls Jesus Christ king of kings and lord of lords

That is what your bible says.

Now you are telling me you disagree with your own bible in favour of the watchtowers teachings.

So if the teachings of the watchtower are rejected by their own bible, don't you think it means that the game has been exposed?

The watch tower uses this bible to proove that Jesus is not god

and low and behold they forgot about this verse

read it again and again and know that Jesus is Lord, you can't drown God's voice, they have tried and failed, and this verse is testament to that fact

Satan is never called a lord

he is always referred to as the prince

Daniel: 10:20

So he said, "Do you know why I have come to you? Soon I will return to fight against the prince of Persia, and when I go, the prince of Greece will come

prince of babylon, persia and Greece, and the rome and then the antichrist, this was the dream of Daniel

what says you?

If God the father is king

but he calls Jesus the king of kings?

does that make jesus more powerful than the father?

or does it mean that God the Father, God the spirit and god the son are one?

if you have a trinity, there is no problem

jesus is king of kings

God the father is the king of kings

and the hloy spirit is God

see no problem

when your watchtower tells you there is no trinity

then the bible makes no sense
and you can't even reason with the scripture in your own bible which clearly says Jesus is King of kings

john 10:30

I and the father are one

what says you?

John 20:28

Thomas said to him, "My Lord and my God!"

he did not look to the sky, he did not blaspheme he called Jesus God

If Jesus is king of Kings what does that make God?

if you think Jesus is not god, you can't explain a single one of my quotes

if jesus is king, all of my quotes make sense

how cvan he be king of kings if there is a king above him?

king of kings implies he is the highest

Now if like John 10:30 says

I am the father are one

then we have God the father and god the son and there is no problem

otherwsie Christ is king of kings making him the higest and then what about the Father?

can't you see?

Grey tower, you say it so wonderfully, this is exactly what i am trying to tell them,
but i guess i should be calmer and tell them not for my sake, but for the Lord's as he wants his children to know. That he is god, and he sent his son here to represent him, God the son, God in the flesh,

'Lord of lords and King of kings' is a title given to Jehovah God. It is also the title given to the Lamb - Christ Jesus.

Deuteronomy 10:17 - 'For the LORD your God is God of gods and Lord of lords, the great God, mighty and awesome...'

Psalm 136: 2-3 - 'Give thanks to the God of gods (His love endures for ever). Give thanks to the Lord of lords (His love endures for ever).'

1 Timothy 6:15 'until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ, which God will bring about in his own time - God, the blessed and only Ruler, the King of kings and Lord of lords...'

Jehovah's Witnesses - please ask yourselves who in the Old Testament bears the title King of kings and Lord of lords? And in Revelation 19 who bears the title King of kings and Lord of lords?

If Christ Jesus is NOT Jehovah, then how could he usurp this title? But if Christ Jesus IS one and the same, then it makes perfect sense for him to carry the same title.

If you are such a Bible scholar you claim to be, you would know the book of Revelation is not plural...as in revelations. Get the name of the book correct first.

Second, Satan is called the god of this system, does that make him part of the trinity as well?

"He treads too the winepress of the anger of the wrath of God the Almighty." Who is God the Almighty? It can't be Jesus, because it says that Jesus "treads the winepress" of God's anger also, indicating 2 individuals are doing this. So, who are the 2 individuals doing this if both persons refered to are God??? Confusing.

EDIT: Answer my question. Who is being spoken of in the verse you cited? It mentions 2 persons or individuals. Who are they? One is Jesus, who is the other one? Based on your reasoning, it can't be God, because Jesus is God, so it can't be him mentioned, who is it? If you can, answer that. It doesn't make sense.

Also, this verse is not the only place where Jesus is called lord of lords, king of kings. How does that prove a trinity anyway?

EDIT EDIT: I guess you cannot answer my question. You can't, because the scripture you use to support the trinity really helps to disprove it!!

The Lord of Lords, King of Kings and the Son of God specifically instructed his followers to "Worship God". He came to make his Fathers name known. To do the works of the Father. To bring the Comforter. To usher in the New Covenant.

He is called King of kings and Lord of lords because he is the King and Lord over the kinds and lords over the earth.

If he was God Almighty, he wouldn't be called the Son of God or the Word of God.

Update: Jesus was called God by Thomas because of his his position. If you read Exodus 7:1, Moses was God to Pharaoh.

Exodus 7:1,
Then the LORD said to Moses, "See, I have made you like God to Pharaoh, and your brother Aaron will be your prophet.

Moses and Jesus held a similar position as Gods agent, and thats why they were a God to someone. However, Jesus made it clear IN FRONT of Thomas that his Father was the only true God in prayer.

John 17:3
Now this is eternal life: that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.

I and my Father are one is totally taken out of context by Trinitarians for the fact that we can also be one with the Father.

John 17:11
I will remain in the world no longer, but they are still in the world, and I am coming to you. Holy Father, protect them by the power of your name—the name you gave me—so that they may be one as we are one.

Update
Grey Tower

Just because God and Jesus were given a similar title, does not make them the same person. Going by your logic, it would make humans like God since humans were given the same title as God.

King of Kings and Lord of Lords was a position GIVEN him by his Father. That makes him worthy of love, honor, obedience but not worship.

Please recall what Jesus' response to Satan was when he offered him all the kingdoms of the world in exchange for one act of worship. "It is Jehovah your God you must worship". Why, if he is God, did he not say .. NO, you worship ME?

Very good question. Have a star. You are right. The New Testament is clear that Jesus is God. The only way to change that is to rewrite the entire NT. Give them time. As I understand they are revising the NWT over time and as more and more the deity of Jesus is pointed out. They will keep changing verses until they have Him totally removed.

who was Jesus Christ praying to? you cannot pray to yourself. Jesus Christ always said that he cannot do anything without the Father in heaven. when Jesus got baptized, Jehovah God came down like a dove and said this is my son the beloved. Jesus is seating at the right hand of Jehovah God. even the 12 disciples knew that Jesus was Jehovah's son, not God. when the devil wanted Jesus Christ to worship him, Jesus said you are to worship Jehovah God his Father, not him.
