Yes, but I have a solution!
A friend used to send me tons of forwards that she knew I didn't want but she thought it was funny to keep sending them. Whenever I got those emails that said send to X number of people, I would send it to her X number of times. It worked! Now she only sends me the forwards she thinks I will truly enjoy, and never chain letters. Try sending back the emails that you don't like to the people who sent them to you and see what happens. Just be sure to add a funny little note at the top so they know why you are doing it.
