Practically all dogs do that. My dog is sooo hilarious when she does. I think it just means ahhhh, that feels good! Do it harder and faster!

My dog does this all the time when you scratch her tummy or back. It is not a bad sign, I think it is a reflex. When dogs scratch themselves they do it with their back legs so when you scratch them in a sensitive place it tickles them, causing their leg to twitch to want to scratch it.

You have found his ticklish spot. That is what it is commonly knows as, it is really just a particularly sensitive spot which when scratched causes his leg to twitch. He's enjoying it.

That's your dog favorite place to be scratched! And you're scratching on or around a nerve.... but a good nerve! It feels great for dogs!!!

He's enjoying himself. Some people consider this a kind of reflex, but I don't think so. My dog doesn't do it.
