The above guy (haywood 55) is very wrong. Your past OVI record IS considered in Ohio. Your 4th OVI in 6 years and your 6th OVI in 20 years is a felony. You didn't state if you tokk the breath test or not. Your suspension rests on that. Since you didn't have any OVI's in the past 5 years, the suspension is the same as if it was your first....90 days if you blew over, 1 year if you refused. The fines vary. In my court, your fines would be about $500-$700 plus 3 days jail or Oriana house/Glenwood (alcohol rehab). The judge can also have you wear an alcohol monitoring device and force you to put OVI plates on your vehicles. Look on the bright side, you didn't kill anyone.

Go online and look up you state statutes and you will find the answer. In most states you are looking at jail time and fines.Forth time offenders face even more trouble. They will have to give up their vehicle as a result of their crime. This fourth offense is a felony and treated as such. A person can actually lose their license for life and will definitely have at least a three-year suspension. Fines can range from $750-$10000. Jail time can be as much as one year with at least a 60-day sentence.
Those who are arrested for DUI can request an administrative license hearing. This hearing is their opportunity to try to retain their license. A hearing will be no more than five days after the person was arrested for DUI.http://www.duiguide.us/Ohio_DUI_Laws.htm

Sounds harsh, but laws in the states are different to those in the UK.
I'm sure over here it would be treated as a first offence, as it has been more than 10 years, but I could be wrong.
You do seem to have a bad overall record - It may well go against you.

You get no sympathy from me. Fourth DUI? In your bosses car? I hope they throw the book at you and lock you up for a good long time.
Just because you didn't ruin another families life by not killing someone this time doesn't mean you won't the next time.
Why can't you wait to drink until you get home?

In my state that is a felony DUI. You would get 13 months in prison, pay lots of $$$ for fines and mandatory rehab plus a little supervised release time when you get out of prison. You're screwed dude.

even though the judge is not to look at your past as factor if it is expired offense, but they do. no idea what state your in but I am willing to bet you'll get max. 90 days-community service-substance abuse program out of your pocket and fines $1000.00- c.c-probation-.LOL I've been there. Forget all the crap people say about you. There are alot of people that got away with the same or worse. Just stand up and take the punishment. You life is not over. There are people who care about you.

I would hope you go to prison for at least 10 years. You should also check into getting a sterilized, that way you don't infect the world with your offspring and contaminate the gene pool anymore. Obviously you have don't have the ability to learn, 4 DWI's? come on man.....

Lawyer up, and deal with your drinking problem BEFORE your court date. Try to show that you're getting a handle on this bidness, and quit doing stupid things. You're fairly lucky that you haven't killed anyone yet.
