If not, please explain why not. I thought Jesus dies for all sinners. Are there exceptions? Please explain.

I don't think that there are any exceptions. I believe even Hitler has had his temple work done for him.
Jesus did die for all our sins. Now if the LDS would only understand that, and not add to it. It's not Jesus and ______. It's only JESUS!!

For Book of Mormon people, I don't know that it hasn't already been done.

As for Gov. Boggs, I odn't know, perhaps it has. Just casue it's not broadcast doesn't mean it hasnit been done.

Jesus did die for ALL our sins, but we have to accept it. Not everyone will accept their vicarious baptism, and not all will even be given teh chance.

the mormons usually work backwards and then work forwards, IE. Hiltler and then Holocaust victims, can you see mormon heaven with holocaust victims and hitler running around, oh what a picture that is...
