yes and it also contains chemicals which can also inflict instant death.
the ingredients they use in coke/pepsi is the same ingredients they use for all sorts of non food related dangerous chemicals (which i cant remember at present).. i was watching a health programme and they were talking about the ill effects that pepsi has on you and were doing experienments using it.
if you were to get a coin and put it into Pepsi for 3+hours and then take the coin out it would be as though it were new... it would literally melt everything which made the coin look old right off.
imagine if it could do that to a coin, what on earth is it doing to your insides.. a hell of a lot of a damage!

Pepsi Max and Diet Pepsi all contain sodium benzoate.
Sodium benzoate has already been the subject of concern about cancer because when mixed with the additive vitamin C in soft drinks, it causes benzene, a carcinogenic substance.

I don't know, there's always something or other that is supposed to contain chemicals that give you cancer or some other awful disease. If we stopped eating anything that had ever had a scare about it then we'd probably die of starvation!

..take the ingredients and look them up.
Milk!! ...is also one of the worst things you can drink, NOT organic, regular milk,..it has "color blue"...a well known carcingen.
The FDA is a joke,.....
did you know that the meat you eat, (if you eat meat)...red meat, is injected with CARBON MONOXIDE.!...and they are trying to pass a law, to include this info on packaging.
There is loads of info on what you eat...but think of this...
