there are lots of recipes on here which measure everything in cups, what is the equivilant in grams or Ounces?

every ingredient is different

8 Oz. = 1 cup

they say 30 grammes is one once but in England its more like 28 grammes per oz if you buy any ganja that's what they give and have since i was a little school leaver at 15 I'm 36 now and its the same so in tobacco its 25 grammes per oz the government rip you off more than the dealers

Are you talking about a US cup?
230g or 8oz or 250ml
