I'm a huge fan of Louisiana Hot Sauce, but Frank's comes in a very close second.

There is no such thing as the best hot sauce, the best hot sauce is preferred by taste. And everyone has different taste buds. Why not try a couple of different brands, and see how you like it?
By the way Sarachi is the best ASIAN hot sauce.

by far its got to be Franks Red Hot Sauce, makes excellent wings, just oven cook your wings through and then lightly crisp them in a deep fryer and then drench with Franks
(if you mix 1 pint Franks with 4 OZ melted butter, then heat it to a simmer, before you drench the wings its even better)
