i downloaded the file and opened it it comes up on the screen as zip folder i dont have a clue about them anybody bought internet tv that can tell me how to get the thing up and running thanks

If its a zip folder just double left click it with your mouse and it should open. There will probably be a setup or install file in there some where. Possibly even a readme.txt .doc or .htm file in there to help you.

Download http://www.winrar.com when you`ve done this, r/click on the file then click extract here. You will then see the file . Take it from there. It probably contains the install info

you need winzip. basically the files are compressed into one file. winzip will let you open (unzip!) the file and let you see the ones inside.
