i m doing MD ANAESTHESIA, after completion of it i wud like to work as specialist anaesthetist in "area of need " in australia .. so how do i proceed .. i wont have any experince of working as i finish my MD .. so will it matter .. any one who has done it?

check australian government websites ... maybe their states as well.

my brother-in-law, also a gas passer, is currently there now [he's an American] doing a year of anaesthiology somewhere in the northern bush country. The odd emails we get from him have him flying from place to place.

His third/fourth(?) wife is an Australian RN, so her contacts helped him find this. We don't know if they're going to come back next year or find a way to stay permanently.
