I tried this question a few minutes ago, but didn't get any answers so I'll try again. If I wanted to exercise this morning before thanksgiving, would it be better to do cardio or something with light weight? I'm a girl in my early teens, and I'm not trying to lose weight just stay healthy. Which would be better? thanks :)
