looking for a 3 day mass workout. looking to keep it under an hour. can anybody help me? dont care about looks. just trying to pack on as much size and strength as possible.

gaining muscle mass is all about stimulating the muscles through progressive resistance and having a caloric excess in the diet for an extended period of time to maximize gains in muscle mass. with only 3 days of resistance training you basically would need to train like a power lifter but eat like a body builder which means 5-7 meals daily. you need to focus on compound exercises using loads close to 80% of your 1RM. your rep range should be 8-10 and each set should take 45-60 seconds to complete.
