Exercise your mouth by stretching it up and down and left to right. You could actually do that in the car, if you don't mind people staring. They really get a good look at stops. Do you already have a good smile and just want to improve on it? I have been told I have a good smile. but I need to smile more but for me it is hard when I am angry at the world or reallly depressed.

How are your teeth? are you embarassed at all about them, like are they crooked or discolored? Might be something to look into it they are because if they are crooked or discolored you may not be as willing to give a great big smile because you are trying to hide your teeth.

What are you thinking about when you want to give a good smile.... think of something silly, funny, or what makes you happy and a good smile will come out.

Be good to people and distribute random acts of kindness and spread good cheer. Your smile and laugh will become infectious! And it will appear genuine, because it is. Your smile reflects what it in your heart and soul, and you can't practice or fake that look.
