My face is broad compared to the sweet little girls you find in the jc penney's mag. I don't do girly. I don't do pretty. Something simple would be nice. I shop at HT, Vans, Journeys, etc, so a style that would go with those types of clothes would be nice. No emo cuts, no scene cuts, no mohawks, something simple and "pretty"

WELL this is a contradiction. You can't say you "don't do girly or pretty" and then say you want something "simple and pretty". Hun there is nothing wrong with being pretty. Just because you are different doesn't mean you have to sit in a corner with ugly hair. Go ahead, get a cute hair cut!

A mid length cut with layers & feathering, not too short round the face & a fringe but not a blunt one

k. go to youtube.com and type in paramore and click on like the fourth or fifth one that says paramore crushcrushcrush. get a haircute like hayley williams. very cute! leave it blonde though.... hope i helped!
