If you are haveing the military move your household goods and you still have a car do you still get payed to drive your car back to your home of record and have the military move your stuff?

Yes. There are two things going on here. Movement of your stuff and movement of your butt. The military will move your stuff, up to the weight limit for your pay grade. They will also pay you to drive to your next duty station (or your HOR if you're ETSing) or provide the airfare if you don't drive.
