I tried to repair my windows XP OS and instead of completing it, it left me with the choices at bootup. I would like to make that screen go away so the system boots normally.

You did not make it clear whether you can get into Windows or not. If you can..

Start Windows
Click on Start, then select Run
Type in: msconfig
In the window that opens click on the boot.ini tab
You will see the information that is used to create the boot choice menu
Find and remove the lines that display the options you do not want and delete them (Look through the line and it will show you what is displayed in the menu. Use that to find the line you want to delete)

If you can NOT get into Windows, you will need to give more information about the errors you are getting and why you needed to repair Windows. Having that menu option is NOT the reason you can not get into Windows.
