It would work, but a couple of suggestions:

Switch the order of the last pair - Hodie lacuna cras mundus - puts them in same order. Just for parrallelism.

Mundus is sometimes translated as 'world', but it really is more like universe. Some other choices:

Orbis - The sphere of the Earth - generally used as 'orbis terrarum'

Terrae - All the lands of the Earth

Natura - All nature, creation
