Drink, and the answer is yes, because his "sins have ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR," as Christians like to yell in all caps. And no, Gandhi won't make it to heaven because he was a heathen who failed to accept Jesus. Twisted huh?

And they wonder why we say Christianity is amoral. Actually, there IS one moral - "accept Jesus." Unfortunately, that's in place of all REAL morals and values; and even the acceptance of Jesus is only the bribe to God to get into heaven when you die.

P.S. - I edited this to more accurately reflect what I really mean. I had implied that Christians are themselves amoral, when I really only meant that the religion is amoral. Most Christians have the same interior sense of morality that we all have, and for the same self-evident reasons. They only *think* that they had to read "Thou shalt not kill" in the Bible in order to know that it wasn't a good idea.

Any religion that would give Hitler absolution has something fundamentally and irrevocably wrong with it.

In Judaism, we cannot forgive a person on behalf of the victim. A person who has done damage must go directly to the person they have harmed, and ask for forgiveness. This is much fairer.

Hitler also organised the deaths of millions of non Jews as well - we should never forget nor overlook them.

EDIT TO COOL

'the Jews would have forgiven him' - so now you speak on behalf of the six million that died and also those of us in the younger generations, do you?

As I have explained, in Judaism nobody can forgive on behalf of the actual victim/victims.

If you asked the German people this question, during the time that Hitler was alive, they all would come out in defense of Adolf Hitler and say that Adolf was a good man and that the killings were necessary to help defend and protect the nation (and to rid the nation of its poverty and rift-raft). People in Germany went along with the murders of 6 million Jews and no one blinked an eye. The same as Americans are doing with respect to the Iraq War.

The collective Bush administration is responsible for the deaths of 2 million Iraqi citizens (many of who are of the Hebrew race), very similar to Hitler of Germany and the Jews!

Why didn't the German people stop Hitler, most in Germany were Christians and knew that the Jews were God's chosen people!

How could the Germans allow such atrocities to go on? The same could be said for the Iraq War.

Hitler killed 6 million Jews and Bush killed 2 million Hebrews!

Does anyone really care?

FIRST EDIT:

I think that this (my above thoughts and statements) really should be the main concern here, rather than whether Adolf goes to Heaven or not!

SECOND EDIT:

How many American Christians are really Christian. Are these people merely Christian in name only? If a Hebrew king resided in China for many years and then he came to the US. If this Hebrew king asked the Christian community for help via the Internet, how many would come to this man's aid and rescue?

What if this man was poor and needed a job. Who or how many would lift a finger to help him?

What if this man went hungry in America and asked the American people for help. Who and how many would help?

If this man was a foreign head of state in exile and wanted to return home. Upon his return, he hopes to lead his people and teach them about Christianity. Who and how many would come to this man's aid and rescue?

If he is hungry, who and how many would say "Come here my brother, please allow me to give you some water and some food to eat"?

What did Jesus say about charity and giving to the poor?

THIRD EDIT:

Question one: If Hitler accepted Jesus as lord and savior, would he be saved even though he killed 6 million Jews?

Question two: If President Bush accepted Jesus as his lord and savior, would he be saved even though he killed 300,000 Iraqis from 2003 to 2006 (with 360,000 killed via Iraq's civil war)?

Question three: If a murderer intentionally killed one man -or- six people in a murder, robbery, and rape scenario as opposed to 300,000, would this man be saved and not be executed or punished?

When Jesus was born on earth, an angel said to men, “Behold, I bring you good news of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign unto you; You shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger” (Luke 2:10-12). Then a multitude of angels praised God, saying, “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men” (vv.13-14).

The “good news of great joy” was to ALL people. The “good news of great joy” was that the Savior, the Lamb of God, came to die for ALL men, and therefore provide the Propitiation/Atonement for ALL men. The Satisfaction for the Judgment demanded by the Old Testament Law was now available for all men in real time. In the Old Testament times, because the Sacrificial Lamb had not yet come, the Judgment had not yet been satisfied. This is the reason for so many judgments in the Old Testament – WHY GOD IN THE OLD TESTAMENT SEEMS SO DIFFERENT THAN THE ONE IN THE NEW TESTAMENT. But when Jesus the Lamb finally came onto the scene, men no longer had to stay under the wrath of the judgments brought on by the Law. A way out from under the wrath became available for EVERYONE. This is the “GOOD NEWS OF GREAT JOY… TO ALL PEOPLE,” and the reason that there could now be “PEACE on EARTH (= peace with God), GOOD WILL toward men.” We could have peace with God now because of Jesus, and no more judgments as in the Old Testament times.

So the answer to your question is YES. Hitler’s sins have ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR when Jesus died on the Cross for all men, even for having killed 6 million Jews. But Hitler would have had to ACCEPT the GIFT of the payment by faith. I personally doubt he did, but we’ll find out for sure when the time comes.

Jesus Christ is the Judge. There isn't a living person on earth that can judge or will be judge. That's a question for your maker not for a human being.

Look At it the Other Way Around:

What Jesus Did on the Cross COULDA' SAVED hitler.

Did hitler say "YES" to JESUS?

I Personally Don't Really Think So.

I would say if you live your life as a Christian and believe that people are "saved" in this way, then you would have to believe this would be so.

I see this as less a question about a historical figure's eternal fate, but a question whose answer indicates the faith or convictions of the person answering...

They don't fail to point out Hitler was a vegetarian either trying to suggest that vegetarians are somehow evil. Fact is he only turned vegetarian when he saw his niece dead (blood and all). There was no spiritual reason for it!

Hitler can be saved just as anyone else can. A person can never be so evil that God cannot forgive them. God loves Hitler just like he loves you and me. God could never reject any of us if we come to him. We are all apart of God and he cannot reject us no more than he can reject himself. So Hitler has hope.
