Never give a dog tylenol. It will hurt his liver.
I would see a vet first thing tomorrow. Distemper starts out with these symptoms. That is not common in the states, so I doubt it is distemper if she has her shots, but it should be ruled out.
For right now you could just make sure she has plenty of water. Lots of human drugs can be safely used with pets. Many vets do give aspirin for fever or pain, if she should develop a fever. And some low dose antihistamines are safely used.

I would't give any human drug to an animal without consulting a vet first.
If she's just sniffling/sneezing, and there's no heavy discharge from her nose, she might just have a little cold. Keep her warm & make sure she has lots of water available. A humidifier can sometimes help in easing the breathing & clearing the passageways.

My vet told me to get Benylin cough medicine for children when my Lab had a cold, but you do need to get to the vets as soon as possible as it may not just be a simple cold.
Try keeping him/her warm and away from other pets until you can get to the vet, if it gets any worse or you are worried then I would recommend getting an emergency visit, better safe than sorry.

Is this a clear or a greenish yellow??
Unless it's really heavy greenish/yellow discharge. I would keep her quiet, away form any guest, and wait until the vet is open. if it is bad it's time for an emergency vet as these little dogs can go down fast.

Dogs do not get colds, so she has another problem. Please do not listen to anyone telling you its okay to give your dog Tylenol of any kind - dogs can not tolerate it!
Just keep an eye on her today and take her the vet tomorrow. Has she had all her shots?
