Ill probabily be hated for my answer but..
they die because they lack the ability for survival..
I mean... you have hundreds of starving, diseased people living in houses composed of various discarded items in the middle of no where.. its no wonder why they are dieing.
Im sure they dont want to live like that.. and probabily didnt purposely put themselfs in that situation.. but if you think about it..
Before common man we where hunter gatherers so its obvious you dont need technology to survive but only to improve the quality of life.
and here is where im going to be hated for my opinions..
they die because they as a whole are chooseing to die by not working together as a community to strive for a better life for themselfs or their children and rush to any sort of aid they can inorder to.. continue dieing.
Now im not against sending aid to starving people around the world.. not at all, as a matter of fact I have done so by contributing money and non perishables... but thats just my opinion.
as the saying goes.. you cant help those who cant/dont/dont want to help themselfs.

I'm not going to give you a lesson in religion. I don't know that much. What I do know from reading the Bible is that if there is a God. We are not meant to know Gods plan for us. Religion will tell you that we have freewill. But, remember religion of any kind is practiced by mankind. And mankind is flawed. Therefore, we can't take everything said in religion word for word. Because people are only human. Not Gods.

we dont do enough to teach them about birth control and how to grow food in better ways.not just us,but countries around the world need to treat others as children of the world, not another countries problem.we have . this attitude that we should only take care of our nations problems and no one elses.love should be universal, not local.when one nation suffers we all pay the price in the long run

Well, if you have no money to feed yourself but give birth to a child every year then you are making it quite difficult for anyone to help feed your child.
For instance you can see here
https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/geos/ni.html
that Nigerian women average 5 children each
that's 5 times what an average Italian woman average, as you can see here
https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/geos/it.html

Nature provides enough to feed all our needs but not our greeds.
So if the greedy grab more then their share somebody has to suffer for it..
Its called capitalistic exploitation...!!!

It is the idiocy of mankind, and I think we're fated to be our own worst enemy, so I guess my answer would be fate.

No such thing. Life is just a random series of events that if you are lucky... nothing bad will jump up and bite you in the butt.

Because you can't "will away" death? People die anywhere, even in rich countries. I'm not sure I understand your point.
