It cannot debunk spirituality (a subjective) any more than it can debunk your choice of a favorite food/color. Similarly, it cannot debunk personal religion per se, as that is the most subjective thing going.
But organized religions and dogmas that rely upon certain alleged conditions.events that may or may not have happened leave themselves wide open for inquiry. While it is hard to 100% disprove anything that none of us observed, we can make reasonable conclusions based upon evidence (especially overwhelming evidence). For example, I have never been to Morocco, but there is enough evidence available for me to conclude that Morocco exists. Likewise, claims of a worldwide flood, of a 6,000-year-old earth, and the like are essentially disproven.
Other things, like PI=3 or the sky being composed of water are more easily debunked.
Yet other things seem to be rooted in some sort of actual history, and may resemble some version of the event, but may also contain elements that defy credibility. These remain un-debunked, but in light of lack of credibility in other "infallable" matters, remains questionable at best.

Are we specifically talking about the Christian faith?
No matter, as all origin myths are debunked.
Global floods - debunked.
Earth the center of the universe - debunked.
I could go on but really, religion is not flexible. Either it is all true and the word of God(s) or its all bunk. Since part of it has shown to be bunk already, well.

Nothing, the two have little to do with each other. Science can prove some facts such Jesus existence but not disprove the miracles attributed to him.
Spirituality can be noted by some scientific methods but that is all, i.e. TV program titled "A Hunting".

It confirms religion exists.
We're still working on the puzzle of the religion called Christianity, whose followers say they are not religious. Quite odd, really.

This is from wikipedia:
"The camera obscura was first invented by the Iraqi scientist Alhazen and described in his Book of Optics (1011-1021)."
If that's so, why hasn't one photographer in one thousand years EVER taken a picture of God/Allah? That's science in the form of technology!
