I'm not worried about going to hell geniuses, I'm worried that many people find it appropriate that those with different beliefs deserve to suffer. That's degrading in a sadistic way.

lol Not anymore than the rest of us. I got to "witness" at the store last night. Everyone listened and you would not believe the ex pentecostals that are now Pagan or Atheist. I got high on it. The cashiers and the customers jumped in. lol It was sweet. They all said to hell with hell. The only ones going to burn are the judgmental holier than thou christians. What a night. Happy Thanksgiving, oneeye.

Why would I find that disturbing? I don't believe I will choke for an eternity for not being an atheist and I don't believe that your believing it will make it happen, so what care I?
If you are quite certain that you will not burn and be in agony, what are you worried about?
If Christ is real then my or your thoughts about what we do or don't merit are immaterial to what we get. Ditto if he were not.
Put it this way: I can eat a Twinkie and tell myself it's a carrot, but that isn't going to turn it into one; it has a reality that remains what it is regardless of what I call it.

Seriously though...this is one of the many things I never understood about religion. They must be odd people to happily walk around believing that many other people, many of their friends/family etc. are going to burn in hell. If I believed that I would either try tirelessly to convert said future-burners, or most likely realise god was a sadistic loser and ditch my faith.

brother , as a christian i believe that no body and i mean no body deserved. i know you very angry , but what aim about to tell you could change your mind, true story ;
on1948 my brother was at Africa as missionary teaching god words . one night when he was walking home with some body else he got a built in his right eye.threes was night hunter as you know,the other guy told him,why this happen to you not to me because aim non believer(or not Christan ) as you put it. my brother answer was, you never know the reason. 15 mint later through them journey home they lost them way,they end up in small village,those village people eat human meat. they kill the other guy and they ask my brother to leave. why? because they don't eat some body with disability .
what aim saying here is bad thing happened for good reason

That's the difference between you and them my friend, we aren't warmongers, and hatebearers. We understand life is far more complex and enjoyable than that. They are in so much distress trying to prove their beliefs that in the end they become paranoid and the majority wind up doing obnoxious things to try and prove it. They become what they hate, and show that there king is the ruler of hypocrisy. All hail king of lies. We solemly bow down before you. My words are spoken. Be at peace my friend.

I think the whole hell concept comes from the goat herders who wrote the OT couldn't wrap their minds around the idea that an all powerful god could completely destroy his creation.

No, of course you don't deserve to burn and be in agony for not believing in Christianity. You deserve to live in Heaven for eternity with God, but you seem to want to continually throw yourself into the pit; why?

No you don't deserve to burn. Our world is full of so-called religious/spiritual people who demonize others. Most world wars are either fought (or allowed) because the other side primarily a different religion (or color, etc).
