Why be disapointed in yourself? He's the one that you should be disappointed in. You didn't deserve what he did to you. The best thing you can do is learn from that experience.Don't hide yourself away any longer. Your still letting him hurt you if you do that. Noone likes to be hurt,but you have to get back in the game. Don't let weight or anything keep you from being happy.

You just have to force yourself forward, and trust in you friends to help you through this. I had a guy do that to me, though i lost my virginity to him, and he freaked out. He changed his phone number on me and just dropped off the face of the world. I recently got a hold of him and he told me he had a girl friend at the time. I'm telling you, just move on. Sometimes, just sometimes, you'll find a good guy after this. I did. Best of luck to ya

Its not your fault... Dont let the f***ker get to you! He's an a**hole...
Just pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and remember:
Not all guys are like him... You'll meet someone really special, who's gonna treat you well...
Concentrate on yourself for the moment, go get a facial, a new hairdo and a manicure and go on a shopping spree... Then get yourself out to a club (in the sexy new outfit you got yourseld on that shopping spree) and knock 'em dead.

Well you learn from your mistakes, don't let this get you down, people will hurt you all the time. It's up to you to pull your self up by your boot straps and move on. Moving on and showing this doens't hurt you, is the best revenge, as well as LOOKING GREAT! Happy Thanksgiving!

Hell , boys are like that !! Most of them are cheaters ! You'd better stop dating unless you find the right one .
let the memories go

Well, let's just say...for all we know...he's in the bed as we speak...going downtown with some lady.
Get over this jerk and see him for the loser that he is....you deserve better!
Given enough rope (in life) he'll hang himself before long anyway. Watch and Learn!
