Is Proscan a good brand for a television? what about HP?

HP has been making HDTVs for 3-4 years now, although they don't advertise it much.
Their new MediaSmart TVs are pretty cool. They have a built-in media receiver and built-in wireless so you can stream digital content from your PC to the TV. Starting in 2008, you can even use them as a Windows Media Center extender.

Proscan has been making monitors for years and has a very good reputation. I'm not sure who makes TV's for HP.

never heard of it go for sony a little more but better in long run!!!
