needles in my toes and wont go away, is this normal because i have been on aeroplanes loads of times before and it has never happened before.

You may want to see your doctor to make sure it's nothing serious. It's odd that the problem's still there.

A 4 hours journey is a relatively short journey and should really cause you no grieve. If the symptoms persist, I think you should firstly think back where you have been and the activities you have taken while on holiday, especially could you have been bitten while out and about? See the doctor if it doesn't do away. Good luck and hope you get better soon.

Four hours on a plane isn't considered a great enough risk for DVT (blood clot) and pins and needles is also not usually a symptom. Do you have pain, swelling or redness in your calf? If yes, go immediately to your local A&E department. Otherwise go and see your GP, it could be a trapped nerve.

Try a little gentle walking it will go away.Pressurisation plays funny tricks on us sometimes,but nothing to worry about.You may have Jet Lag also and lots of sleep will cure it.
