i dotn have to be exactly on 1200 do i?
can i be a tad over/under?

Your weight loss and gain is linked to your calorie intake and the distribution of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. And absorption is also linked to the presence of fiber in the food. Fiber slows down the absorption. Gastrointestinal motility (how fast your stomach and intestine process the food) also plays a major role in weight management.

So, as you can see, the calories form only a small part of the whole show.

if you stick to counting every last thing you will go nuts a tad over or under won't make much difference just boost you exercise a bit to burn off the extra and don't make it a chore
