why does a god desire so much that his creations believe in him?
doesn't that sound petty for a god?
dont you think that if you made up your own religion you would make it a priority, say a top commandment, stating that people need to believe your story or they will suffer unimaginable pain in the afterlife (hell)?
wouldn't a real god respect a person that tries to understand reality objectively instead of faith without evidence (blind faith)?

what kind of all knowing all powerful god creates a fallible creation that he knows will not pass his test and then burn him for eternity? this god you speak of reminds me of a sick child with a magnifying glass standing over a colony of ants... no all loving or merciful god i can think of, thats for sure...

I wont be punished ever by god because I choose not to believe in this illogical entity. If you choose to believe you have to shut down your brain and become a brainless robot - only then will blind faith come to you and you will be able to accept god and all the meaness that religion brings with it. You will be able to accept that you are a sinner who has to repent from the time you are born though the sex was your parents doing. You will also be able to accept that your so called merciful god hates humans of other faiths relegating them to eternal hell - it doesnt matter what religion you follow.

God is love because he is compassionate, He is always forgiving for as long as you confess to him, He is merciful, because He loves his subordinates He teaches them a lesson to learn from..just like a child to his son, He punishes for us to learn a lesson...
God does not escuse, ignore or go blind with sins...He will let you repent and let you confess your sins...all in God's timing..some have stubborn hearts and they just keep sinning and sinning without thinking about God, and when the time comes to repent , it might be too late ...and since our hearts are stubbprn we think God is responsible for all these, and we blame but actually. sins that are repeated are evils work you only do this when you are weak and cant rebuke the evil works...so when you are weak in your faith, this is the ebst time for the Devil to work on you and then you forget God's Word......and when the sin is too much already...then death results............

You can't understand something that doesn't make sense. It's that unrepentant sin nature rearing its ugly head, but it only lasts a season.
