If you want to do this for free, then rip your cds to your pc using windows media player (use the mp3 format for ripping...u can find this setting in the preference) and then copy and paste all of the mp3 format songs into your DVD. This is what i do and it works fine.

Hope this helps.

All good answers BUT will your car stereo play DVD's? Most cars have a CD player which will not (unless it says so) play MP3 or DVD's. You can do that and then play the DVD on your home DVD player.

I use itunes to burn my cd's to mp3 and then I burn the mp3's to CD's not DVD's to play in my car which is new and has a mp3/cd player in it. I have imported every cd I own to an external hard drive as mp3's.

you can use Free easy cd dvd burner, it's a small and simple to use tool. it will help you burn and save ISO files, copy your CDs and DVDs. Save your favorite audio CDs to mp3 with the internal grabber (CDDB request to get information about the album).
