It's hard to imagine God pooping, and since Jesus was the son of God, it's a fair question to ask whether Jesus pooped too?

Nope. He ate fish once, then kept recycling internally.

If He didnt Mary would not have had to wrap him in swaddling clothes, He could have just had His bedding.
He felt everything else the same as normal men, temptation, pain. He ate Oh I dont know after all he did make some loaves and fish go a very long way. Perhaps He didnt but why would God let people go hungry when He could organise that they could recyle their food?
I think He would have He did everything else that normal men do.

yep, as all others he also used to poop. don't know whether it is twice daily or thrice. also don't know whether he used toilet papers or washed or did not washed.he was an ordinary human with a vision, he never wanted to show himself as a god but the christian world and the greedy priests are trying to sell his vision and show him as a god only because they want to make a living.that is the very reason why they hide the fact that Jesus was married to Mary Magvilan and they had a baby girl. those greedy priests tried to hide it by destroying all the evidence by doing witch hunting.but they couldn't hide the truth it is written in ancient archives in Eastern Europe.

Heb 4:15
15For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.

"The Messiah, son of Mary, was no more than a Messenger; many were the Messengers that passed away before him. His mother was a pious woman. They both used to eat food (as any other human being, while Allah does not eat). Look how We make the proofs clear to them, yet look how they are deluded away (from the truth)." Quran (5:75)

If he truly was the son of God or not I'm sure he had to go like the rest of us.

Yes. And it was because He was fully the Son of Man/Human, as well as being fully the Son of God.
Also, when He first spoke, He didn't say, "I AM" in Hebrew. He said, "goooo... goo goo gah..."

Cheers.
