Im trying to burn a CD Ive downloaded the songs ontomy windows media player and tried to burn them to a disc. It says Ive encountered an error and is unable to do it. It then said 'Connect to web help' so I did, then this message came up 'You've encountered error message C00D10DA while using Windows Media Player. Additional information is not currently available for this error' does anyone know what to do?? Thanks

Use different software to burn like Nero. Or for something free:

I think your problem is copywright, when you first use WMP first a window pos up saying 'allow cd/dvd burning' 'make songs copyright'. most people just hit enter and then face the annoyance later. Try reinstalling WMP but make sure to put ur music into a diffrent folder. Sorry I can't help more, hope this helps dude.

I have looked on google re this error there are loads of people with this error it seems to be a problem with wm11
some fixes by reinstalling wm11 from microsft site,
or go back to wm10 which cured it.

I'd see if I could find better audio software. Maybe Cool Edit Pro or a similar package. If you have Nero it should have an audio package that will work better.

if you have Itunes use that, it is soo much more quicker and efficent, you should eb able to download itunes, need any more information just contact me..
