please no answers about you shouldnt be doing that because im trying to check what drugs my older bro is doing and figure out if hes in real bad danger

If you mean prescription drugs, there is a book at most libraries called the Physicians' Desk Reference which has all that information, including pictures. Their web site costs money. However, the Wikipedia article about the PDR (listed below) mentions some other web sites that might help -- I haven't looked at them.

I would go to Google Images - search using the numbers on the pills and describe the shape & color. If you don't have any luck, take the pills to the pharmacist and ask them to try and look them up in their PDR (physician's desk reference).
