Hmmm if you're friends already try to take her out, watch movies and eat dinner with her or with her family. have special activities with her like shopping, or going out with her friends and if you're in the same school try inviting her to some activities that would make u closer to each other. at the same try sending flowers, or calling her every night until both of u will be encourage to tell ur feelings

You have to make sure she likes you first, build some interest in her so that she wants you, the rest is natural...otherwise you're just gonna set yourself up to lose...I mean think about it, if some girl you never talked to just came up to you and asked you out, how would you react?
