It isn't in the Bible. It is in the book of Mormon. That's where the idea originates from. Since that seems to directly conflict with the Bible --- well, let's go with the Bible. :)
Edit to add: Jesus = God made flesh. Lucifer = fallen archangel, now known as Satan.

Nowhere, to my knowledge.
Then again, Scripture doesn't really support the traditional view of Lucifer / Satan being the terrible, evil demon that he is either. The passages that many Christians point to in arguing that Lucifer is evil incarnate are quite vague a require A LOT of reading between the lines. A more balanced view, I think, is that Lucifer / Satan is God's tempter - one who tries men's souls to determine whether they are True Believers or not (best example: Job). This is quite similar to the role of the "devil's advocate," a position that has been a part of the church hierarchy for centuries.
There is a noticeable change in the theology of Satan / Lucifer in the New Testament. Then again, the books of the New Testament were written at a time when Christians were being crucified, burned, and fed to lions. They were kinda p*ssed off at the time and no doubt personified their frustrations and fears and anger in the person of Satan. He became an entity that all Christians could hate.

I'm not sure really, but Jesus is called the Son of God, and also Son of Man,. Angels also are called Sons of God. It is also stated in the bible that Jesus was made lesser than the Angels.
Now, in the book of Proverbs 8:20 Jesus himself explains his beginning and his work with his CREATOR the Almighty God. so first there is no trinity. Secondly, the brothers may have come from Jesus is an angel like creature. A person comes to this because Michael which means "Like God" is a description of Jesus as stated in the Gospels, Jesus is the image of the living God.
Name changes in the bible are common. Saul became the apostle Paul, Abram became Abraham. Michael the Archangel, is really Jesus, because of course it is Jesus that is given all authority and power to save us, and vindicate Gods name, as in the Our father prayer.
So finally, with that understanding, one can say Jesus and Satan were " spiritural brothers" Because at one time Satan was not disobiedent. Of course since Adam and Eve Satan has lost his ranking among Gods Angles and authority he once had.

it is not in the real bible. According to the Bible you will see that Jesus is apart of God, and Lucifer is a being that God created. So it is an impossible thing. This idea might have come from a fake Christian though such as Jehovah witness or Mormons.

Jesus and Lucifer? they were definitely not brothers.
That little rumor was probably started by someone who hasn't read the Bible.
Lucifer is a fallen angel and Jesus is the Son of God. totally different. and not brothers.

I have never in my whole life heard of this. Lucifer was an angel who eventually became Satan and Jesus is the only begotten son of God. I guess if you relate them by saying both are from God, then in that sense they could be brothers, but that can't really be said because Satan is no longer Lucifer.

Job 38:4-7, 30-32 [ Space ]; Angels see all existing, ages old earth is prepared ages for intended inhabitants [ turned out to be Adam ]. Angels are created by God, called morning stars and sons of God, Job 2:1,2; Satan also, he was a cherub angel and perfect Eze.28:13-15; he's god of this world
2Cor. 4:3 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: 4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
Heb.1:1-13; Col.1:15-17; Rev.3:14; Jesus was created first and in the image of God. Jesus is son of God Matt.3:16; 6:9-13; 16:16; 22:42-44 [ he will be at God's right hand until enemies are underfoot Rom.16:20 ]; 22:37-40; he tells us to love his God and Father with all our strength, Matt.28:18; God has given him power over heaven and earth Jude 9; Michael in Dan.12:1-13; time of the end, at Rev.12:3,4,6-11,12; gives Satan a short time down and barred from heaven in the time of the end.

Jesus and the Devil were never brothers. Lucifer was an archangel who challenged God during the battle in the heavens. He was banished with the third of his army to the secular world where they became demons and Lucifer became the Devil.

It doesn't of course. This is a belief introduced by Lucifarianism which makes Jesus and Lucifer equal in power - and brothers - according to Mormons.

Jesus and Lucifer are brothers, in a spiritual sense. All of us are spirit children of God, and we lived with God in spiritual form before being born into the mortal state in which we currently exist. Since Jesus and Lucifer (and all of us) are spiritually children of the same Father, they are brothers. They are most certainly NOT equal in power. Jesus Christ is a Being we should all worship. Satan is unworthy of such honor.
Here are some Bible references that deal with this topic:
Job 38 discusses the time before the foundations of the earth when the sons of God shouted for joy. That is the "sons of God" were in existence (spiritually) before the earth was made.
Isaiah 14 is a chapter where Isaiah prophesies the downfall of the king of Babylon. He compares it to the fall of Lucifer when Lucifer chose to go against God's plan, and calls the king by Lucifer's name, calling him a "son of the morning".
In Jeremiah 1:5 God tells Jeremiah that He knew him before he was born.
