You know....beauty (or ugliness) is only skin deep, and if you are only interested in the outer appearance, then i am inclined to think that you are uglier than this guy....sorry...straight answer.
I bet if you took the time to get to know him, he would turn out to be the most beautiful person you have ever come across.
The nicest way to say no is to just say no...don't beat around the bush because that will hurt him, and that would just be mean.

Well if you have to ask how to say no then you stay true to your yahoo nickname. How shallow are you? Looks aren't the world. Sure they improve things a bit, but if you are going to reject someone just because they have a little pimple on their cheek, or have braces, or a dorky laugh or something then you need to find a non-caring guy to suit your standards.
