Sometimes GOD answers and delivers, but we do not see the nature of our blessing. Sometimes there is something better in store for you. You may pray for help buying a car because you credit is bad. You may not get the car, but you may be able to resolve you bad credit for free and be able to get a car. Keep eyes open blessing are all around you. God bless you.

Something I figured out back when I was a kid is that whatever God there is does things for reasons that we will never really understand. Yeah, I'm really critical of ALL organised religion, but I still believe that there is some kind of loving creator, even though I have had a lot of bad times, from my best friend's murder to being on and off homeless since I was ten years old. It's kind of like... well. God doesn't play dice with the Universe.
You just have to believe, I suppose, that it's all part of a bigger picture, and you might not like what you see in the little picture, but well. Think beyond yourself.

You're ideas are so warped.
You think just because something you pray for does not magically accumulate in front of you means you have waning faith?
Girl, you're not a Christian, not by any means. You've taken sacred things and stretched and twisted them into a sick, sick cult-like monster.
I've seen your other answers and it doesn't get much better. Read a bible and maybe you'll learn what it means to be a Christian and not a scary zealot, who, by the way, types in all caps all the times. Which is annoying.

It is weak faith to begin with if an unanswered prayer causes you to lose trust. Look at yourself first, how often do we truly thank God for what he has done for us and trust him that whatever we ask for will be answered in his best interest for us. You say pray for God to do something for us, first seek the Kingdom of God and all it has to offer and then seek for yourself. This is where true faith, patience and hope come in, not to mention trials, etc.

It seems like you think that God will give you whatever you want if you just have enough faith. God doesn't work that way. He cares enough about us to give us what is the best for us all the time. Imagine, for example, a small child who desperately wants to play in the busy street, but his mother says no. No matter how much he begs and pleads for his mother to let him play in the street, a good mother will continue to refuse this request of the child because it is for the child's own good. Likewise, we might not get some of the things we ask for because God has something else in mind for us. So perhaps you could pray to accept the will of God, whatever He has in mind for you.
If you pray for things that God wants to give you, He will grant your request. We can pray that our will will be more like His will for us; in that way what we pray for will be granted because we will be praying for things that He wants to give us.

First of all, everyone that is a christian goes through times in their life like this. You have to keep praying, reading scriptures and when you pray don't ask for anything just his will be done in this situation. I promise it will all work out, his has a perfect plan for each one of us.
I was diagnosed with cancer and never wanted it, but prayed that God would help me through it.
Remember he is with you, just believe!

dont just pray but leave it in his hands dont worry about it. plan for the worst and hope for the best. God has never given up on you and just because something didnt happen that you wanted happen at that moment doesnt mean it was meant to happen he may have a different plan for you than whats on your agenda and it may be better than you expected to begin with. You go through trial and tribulations to appreciate the greater gift he has planned for you.
For example: College student A has been getting by their whole life because they have it easy and they know when they screw up someone is going to clean up so they dont care its handed to them its easy for them not to care
College student B has to work 2 jobs plus go to school to pay for school. they work hard and hope they have enough to afford food the next day but they know they have to work hard to make it better for themselves later. and they do but they appreciate it more when rewards are flowing in,
If anything thank God you are going through what youre going through because you know he has something better in store for you. There is someone out there who would love to be in your shoes because their situation is much worse. Thank God you are where you are for a reason and that you can wake up to see another day. Where some people are dying of starvation or their lives taken because the evils of man. Im not a religious person but I am a spiritual person... Much love sweety and good luck and God Bless

You just have to realize that it happens to everyone who prays. If we all got what we prayed for, everyone would be rich, healthy, good looking, etc.
Even Jesus, on the night before he was to be crucified, prayed to God so that he wouldn't have to die! But he went through with it, and it all turned out for the good! You just have to trust that God knows best.

I try not to pray to God to ask him to do something for me. I pray for the courage, wisdom and strength to be able to do it myself.

If you are Good Human Being, be it christian, Muslim or Hindu dosen't matter and you pray to GOD - If he dosen't listen to you then he loves you and is just testing your trust on him.
