Ok how do I start... Well first of all I'm male and all of my body seems to be in shape and healthy except my pecks, they just seem to gather up fat and I can't lose it, I know there not man-boobs because if I flex my stomach you can see a trace of a 6pack.. My question is, is there any way to burn this excessive fat of or whats wrong? Is it common?

Uhh thx, might've been a it unclear, since I don't like talking about it I kinda just blabbed it all out

and if u need anymore info just ask

OK...Here's the question--just one.
Have you gone to your doctor?...he/she should be one person that you can discuss this about without any form of embarrassment. Sometimes, hormones don't really seem to be working on our behalf. Your doctor can enlighten you and perhaps test you. At any rate, it's a good place to start.

Strength training is great for muscle definition - try weight training and some strength exercises to tighten up - pushups are great, and different types of crunches targeting different muscles. This said, strength training and lifting won't do too much without increasing your cardio, which will strip some fat away from infront of your muscles, which will show your muscles off - try running, interval training on an elliptical (I do 14 seconds really fast like a bunny on uppers, and then back off to a moderate pace for 6 seconds, back on for 14, moderate for 6 - repeating this until my legs drop off or my dog gets bored - i usually go for 45 min to an hour doing this BEFORE i do my lifting and strength training as you get more out of your strength training if your heart rate is up when you're doing it.....45 mins to an hour would prob be too much for a male though - i do it for so long to keep really lean for running....try 20 mins - which I think is the recommended time - that should get rid of the fat but keep you buff, so you dont lose any muscle), interval training on an exercise bike is good too.
If you can see a trace of a 6-pack when you flex then you're half way there - you just need to do some cardio to strip the fat away (don't go nuts though - everyone needs a bit of fat, and you don't want to get skinny)....interval training and running will do it for ya!

you just need to work your pecs more, the more muscle you have the less fat you will have. you can be healthy and in shape and have one part of your body that retains fat when the rest of your body does not. just do some push ups or use a butterfly machine regularly and you will notice the improvement. good luck. :)

Try pilates. There are some low-impact things that can target the problem areas.
