Can I get anything from the health food store that will help me? I want to lose 10 lbs that I gained along with the bad skin. I will start eating more veggies. I can't exercise because of a bad leg. Something that is not harmful to the body.

grape fruit is a great fat burner and so is green tea!! these are even used in natural diet pills.

peetroot is good for the blood and cleansing from the inside out.

juice 1 beetroot, 2 carrots, 1 celery stick, 2 orranges, and 1 apple in a juicer for a boost of vitamins

add any fruits you want. its great

See about Pilates for exercise... you can probably pick up a video relatively cheap. Pilates was actually designed for people who where stuck in hospital beds.

Drink water. NO soda pops... both regular or diet... it is all bad and will actually put weight on you AND mess up your skin.

If you are craving sweets, you need a supplement called chromium picolinate.
If you have bad sweet cravings around "that time of month"... you need something called "evening primrose oil"... comes in gelcaps.
Consider switching to organic meats and dairy only, because most mainstream meats and dairy are loaded with growth hormones... stuff that will actually disrupt the endocrine system.
Stay away from all SOY... the stuff will put your thyroid flat on its back.
